How do I store it?
Cheesecakes last up to 5 days in the refrigerator (in an airtight container) or up to 6 months in the freezer.
To serve after freezing, please thaw the cheesecake in the refrigerator overnight and leave it on the counter for 3-4 hours prior to serving.
Can I enjoy my cheesecake as soon as I receive it?
