About Us

Established in 2020, Burnt Cheesecakes was created by a Spanish native who recreated a famous cheesecake from San Sebastian, Spain. Since the dessert was so popular all over Europe and various countries throughout Asia, it was obvious that the cheesecake had not made its way to the United States (yet). Burnt Cheesecakes offers traditional style Burnt Basque Cheesecake with a twist of American flavors and creations. It’s safe to say that this is not your average cheesecake, and once you have a taste, you’ll forget about any other cheesecake you’ve had before!
