Our cheesecake can be frozen for 3 to 6 months, but for best quality, it's recommended to eat it within a month. The longer it's frozen, the more likely it is to lose its texture and flavor.
To serve after freezing, please thaw the cheesecake in the refrigerator overnight or 10-12 hours, and leave it on the counter for 1 hour prior to serving.
